Sarlux offers a very spacious and bright apartment convenient to the Santa Lucia station, Venice. Cannaregio area along Strada Nova. Cannaregio is an excellent choice for travelers interested in landscapes, walking and photography.
San Felice Elegant consists of a large living room with a large fireplace and overlooking Strada Nova, with an equipped kitchen, dining table, sofas and television.
The apartment consists of four large double or triple bedrooms, all equipped with the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay.
Three large, recently renovated bathrooms complete the apartment.
The property is equipped with Wi-Fi, sheets and towels, air conditioning and everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Other issues
The mansion occupies three floors, each apartment is situated on a different floor, no elevator available.
On the check-in, the guest must complete the short tourist lease contract according to Law 431/98, art. 1, lett. C.
Please, remember that the guests must pay the tourist city tax, mandatory according to current legislation.
District info
The sestiere of Cannaregio is the widest sestiere of Venice and also the most populated. It is crossed by the Canale di Cannaregio, the only one in the historic center that along with the Grand Canal, is served by vaporettos.
In Cannaregio you will find the Venezia Santa Lucia Station and the main street called Strada Nova, which connects the station to the Rialto area. There is also the Jewish Ghetto, an area in which the Jewish community had to live in the Napoleonic era.
The main shopping streets are Strada Nova and Lista di Spagna, which is also frequented by young people for bars and restuarants.
Do not miss the local area and restaurants in Cannaregio which is located in the northern part of the sestiere, more precisely between the Jewish Ghetto and the Fondamenta Nuove. To date, the sestiere fully represents one of the entertainment venues of Venice.
