Rio Marin 104 is a one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor with and independent entrance. This apartment has everything you might need for a pleasant stay – free Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning, double bedroom, equipped kitchen and living room ensuring both privacy and convenience.
The Santa Croce district, known for its tranquility and charm, offers a unique glimpse into the authentic Venetian lifestyle. Despite its peaceful ambiance, it is just a stone’s throw from the main tourist areas, providing excellent connectivity to the rest of Venice. City tax is not included in the rate and must be paid at the moment of check-in according to the regulation.
Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Full charge if canceled within 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show.
Tourist Lease Contract must be completed at check-in according to Law 431/98, art. 1, lett. C
