Residence “8 Loft” is a sophisticated residence consisting of 8 splendidly restored apartments in a corner of tranquility, calmness and historic charm in the Santa Croce district, a short distance from Piazzale Roma and easily reachable from the S. Lucia station of Venice. All apartments are located on the ground floor, furnished in a modern style, a comfortable and quiet accommodation in an ideal area for a pleasant stay. Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests.
THE EXCLUSIVE 28 is a cozy apartment, ideal for couples or families, away from the tourist crowds, small distance from Piazzale Roma and Santa Lucia Station. It consists of a living room with double sofa bed, a dining zone with fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor and a double bedroom with a second bathroom on the upper floor. Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with everything you might need to make your stay as pleasant as possible – air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dishwasher and Wi-Fi connection.

Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Full charge if canceled within 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show.
Tourist Lease Contract must be completed at check-in according to Law 431/98, art. 1, lett. C
