Palazzina Schiavoni is a renovated Venetian mansion composed of three apartments, a few steps from the monumantal waterfront Riva degli Schiavoni and whithin walking distance of St. Mark’s Cathedral. Palazzina Schiavoni is a great choice for travelers who want to stay in the heart of Venice, a few steps from the principal tourist attractions such as St. Mark’s Square, the Doges’ Palace and the Bridge of Sighs. The apartments are fully furnished, and are perfect for couples, family holidays or small groups of friends.

This apartment is located on the second floor with no elevator. It consists of a spacious double bedroom, a comfortable living room with a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. There is also a well-equipped kitchen with all electrical devices provided (refrigerator, dishwasher, induction cooker, moka, kettle, crockery, etc). It has a modern recently renovated bathroom with a shower box.

The district (sestiere) of Castello is the largest and greenest district in Venice. In fact, in the northern area you can find the Gardens of the Biennale and the Island of Sant’Elena, with sport fields and the city stadium. This sestiere is particularly appreciated by the residents for its tranquillity, even if it borders with the most famous districts of San Marco and that of Cannaregio.

City tax is not included in the rate and must be paid at the moment of check-in according to the regulation.

Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Full charge if canceled within 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show.

Tourist Lease Contract must be completed at check-in according to Law 431/98, art. 1, lett. C

Pets are not allowed.

Quiet hours: Guests must be quiet between 22:00 and 08:00
