The apartment, located on the second floor of an ancient Venetian palace, enjoys an enviable position for Venice because it is within walking distance of the island’s main parking lots, bus and tram station connecting to the mainland, the Santa Lucia Train Station and, moreover, right below its windows, there is waterbus (vaporetto) stop.
This extraordinary apartment boasts many unique features: ceilings more than four meters high, enchanting Venetian frescoes, numerous views of the Grand Canal, a real piece of Venetian gondola displayed inside a shrine in the main hall, and much more.
The apartment has been finely furnished with recent Italian design to create a fascinating fusion of antique and modern.

The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and has one bedroom, with a large double bed and a sommier, which will welcome you for peaceful and restful nights. In addition, there is also a comfortable sofa bed in another room.
The bathroom with a large shower has a hair dryer; shampoo and soap kits are also provided for each guest to make your stay as carefree as possible.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious breakfasts or romantic dinners, to be enjoyed on the large dining table overlooking the Grand Canal.

Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Full charge if canceled within 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show.
