Casa Elti – Shanti apartment is a part of a villa inserted in the frame of tranquillity, peacefulness and charm of Lido di Venezia. The apartment is situated in a short distance from the marvellous beaches and the centre of the island which is easily accessible by public transport, with the bus station being just few metres away from the apartment. Moreover, those who arrive by car can use free public parking right in front of the apartment.
It is an ideal accommodation to relax and enjoy the tranquillity as the apartment makes part a villa immersed in a greenery, a short distance from the Venice lagoon, on the one hand, and the Adriatic Sea – on the other. With the spacious and well-thought rooms, the apartment is perfect for families and/or small groups of friends up to max 5 guests.
The apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator available), and it is composed of a spacious living area with fitted well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom provided with all comforts, a double room with two single beds and a small baby bed (up to 5 years old). The apartment is disposed of one fully renovated bathroom.
The accommodation is equipped with the Wi-Fi connection, bed linen and towels, air conditioning and everything you might need for a comfortable and unforgettable stay!
