Casa Elti – Jay apartment is a part of a villa inserted in the frame of tranquillity, peacefulness and charm of Lido di Venezia. The apartment is situated in a short distance from the marvellous beaches and the centre of the island which is easily accessible by public transport, with the bus station being just few metres away from the apartment. Moreover, those who arrive by car can use free public parking right in front of the apartment.

The Jay apartment is located on the first floor, without a lift, and consists of a double room with every comfort and a triple room with a double bed and a single bed, a fully equipped (induction) kitchen, and 2 renovated full bathrooms. The flat also has a wonderful terrace. With the spacious and well-thought rooms, the apartment is perfect for families and/or small groups of friends up to max 5 guests.

The accommodation is equipped with the Wi-Fi connection, bed linen and towels, air conditioning and everything you might need for a comfortable and unforgettable stay!

Check-out: till 11:00

City tax is not included in the rate and must be paid at the moment of check-in according to the regulation.

Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Full charge if canceled within 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show.

Tourist Lease Contract must be completed at check-in according to Law 431/98, art. 1, lett. C

Pets are not allowed.

Parties/events are not allowed.

Quiet hours: Guests must be quiet between 22:00 and 08:00
