luxury boutiques, with iconic landmarks such as St. Mark’s Basilica, the Doge’s Palace, and the
Bridge of Sighs all nearby.
The Space
Ca’ Frezzeria is a beautifully restored third-floor apartment featuring two bedrooms—one double
and one twin—both with private bathrooms. It also includes a cozy living room with a sofa and flat-
screen TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is outfitted with Wi-Fi,
linens, towels, air conditioning, and all the essentials to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
There are two fully equipped bathrooms.

Other Things to Note
Before receiving the keys to the apartment, guests must complete a short-term rental contract as
required by Law 431/98, Article 1, Letter C. Additionally, guests are required to pay the mandatory
tourist tax in accordance with current regulations.
The Neighborhood
The San Marco district is one of the smallest in Venice, yet it contains many of the city’s most
famous landmarks. Life in this area revolves around St. Mark’s Square, where you can visit the
Basilica and the Campanile. Another must-see site is the Doge’s Palace, with its renowned Bridge
of Sighs.
For those interested in exploring Venice’s main museums, San Marco is also home to the illustrious
Correr Museum. While the area is packed with famous attractions, its true charm is found in its
narrow, picturesque streets, where you can wander and be lulled by the gentle waters of the lagoon’s
canals.
