This bright duplex apartment on the third floor of a historic Venetian building (note: no elevator)can accommodate up to 6 guests and consists of a cozy living room, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay – TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven, 4 gas burners, kettle, crockery, and cutlery.

The apartment is situated in the liveliest part of San Polo near to the Rialto Bridge, where you can find souvenir stalls and the famous Rialto fish market along the Grand Canal. These spots are perfect for admiring colourful food stalls adding a touch of authentic experience. The area offers rare open spaces along the Grand Canal, where you can enjoy a scenic aperitivo at outdoor tables surrounded by a mix of tourists, students, and locals.

City tax is not included in the rate and must be paid at the moment of check-in according to the regulation.

Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Full charge if canceled within 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show.

Tourist Lease Contract must be completed at check-in according to Law 431/98, art. 1, lett. C
