Borgo Canal view consists of a large living room with sofa, TV, dining table, and a direct access to the private terrace overlooking a characteristic Venetian garden. The fully equipped kitchen, on the other hand, is located in a separate room, with everything guests need to be able to cook.
The apartment consists of a double bedroom with closet and a second bedroom with two single beds, both rooms overlooking a beautiful characteristic Venetian canal.
A recently renovated bathroom completes the apartment.

The property is located in the Dorsoduro sestiere a few steps from Campo Santa Margherita, one of the most lived-in areas of the city where you can find several stores and services such as restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, clubs etc.
The apartment is located in a convenient area protected from city noise and traffic, immersed in a charming setting typically Venetian.

Other things to consider
Before handing over the keys to the apartment, the host will have to fill out the short tourist lease contract in accordance with Law 431/98, Art. 1(C).
