is a spacious and elegant apartment, approximately 100 square meters, situated in the prestigious San Marco district. Just a short walk from iconic landmarks such as Saint Mark’s Square and the Rialto Bridge, this apartment offers the perfect base for exploring Venice’s main tourist attractions.

San Marco Canal View is located on the third floor of a historical building serviced by an elevator. The apartment can host up to 6 guests and composed of 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a sofa-bed in the living room and a kitchen equipped with an Italian coffee-maker moka, a fridge, a dishwasher and a microwave. One of the standout features of San Marco Canal View is the traditional Venetian terrace, known as an “altana,” where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the canals and the city skyline.

The bustling Piazza San Marco is the perfect place to soak in the lively atmosphere, with its cafes, shops, and stunning architecture. Nearby, the Rialto Bridge offers not only a picturesque view but also access to the vibrant Rialto Market, where you can experience the local flavors and bustling activity of Venetian life.

City tax is not included in the rate and must be paid at the moment of check-in according to the regulation.

Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Full charge if canceled within 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show.

Tourist Lease Contract must be completed at check-in according to Law 431/98, art. 1, lett. C

Pets are not allowed.

Quiet hours: Guests must be quiet between 22:00 and 08:00
