Ca’ alla Colombina is a comfortable and bright apartment located just steps away from Santa Lucia train Station in the Cannaregio district of Venice. Cannaregio is an excellent choice for travellers interested in picturesque landscapes, long walks, and photography.

This cozy apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests and consists of a spacious double bedroom with a wardrobe, an additional bedroom with a single bed, a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen complete with a refrigerator, dishwasher, moka coffee maker, kettle, crockery, cutlery, and washing machine and newly renovated bathroom. Here you can enjoy modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, sheets and towels, toiletries (soap, shampoo, and shower gel), and whatever you might need to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The apartment is located in one of the most populated districts of Venice. It is crossed by the Cannaregio Canal, the only one in the historic center, along with the Grand Canal, served by vaporettos. Here is the main shopping street, Strada Nova, famous for its bars and restaurants, which connects the train station to the Rialto area, and the Jewish Ghetto, a historic area where the Jewish community was confined during the Napoleonic era. Don’t miss the local areas and restaurants in the northern part of Cannaregio, between the Jewish Ghetto and the Fondamenta Nuove, which are now one of Venice’s main entertainment venues.

City tax is not included in the rate and must be paid at the moment of check-in according to the regulation.

Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Full charge if canceled within 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show.

Tourist Lease Contract must be completed at check-in according to Law 431/98, art. 1, lett. C

Pets are not allowed.

Parties/events are not allowed.

Quiet hours: Guests must be quiet between 22:00 and 08:00
